🗓️ A guide to reading the program 🗓️

The concurrent program is organised in 10-minute blocks, with time markers shown on the left-hand side.

  • Presentation lengths vary — some rooms include shorter 10- or 20-minute sessions, while others feature longer 60- or 120-minute presentations.
  • Each presentation appears in the block where it begins but does not stretch visually to show how long it runs.
  • Where a time block appears empty, it indicates that the presentation above is still in progress. Use the colour key to confirm its full duration.
  • Transition times are built in to support session flow:
    • For 10-minute presentations, a transition occurs after every two presentations.
    • For 20-minute presentations, a 5-minute transition occurs between each session.
    • Transition times do not apply to longer sessions, which run continuously without interruption.
  • Click on a presentation title to view more details including its start and end time.
