Artificial intelligence is a quickly evolving space, that can result n speech pathologists being unsure of the best way to ethically and safely use AI in their practices. This panel discussion will encompass the evidence base when it relates to AI in health care practices, and what key considerations need to be kept at the forefront of our minds to ensure that the best evidence base and safety are being upheld.

Nathan is a speech pathologist in Naarm/Melbourne, Australia. He supports the supervision, mentoring, early career, and telepractice programs at Speech Pathology Australia. Nathan also co-produce SPA's weekly podcast, Speak Up. Previously, he managed training and support programs for organisations in the United States, focusing on telehealth and multilingual service-provision. He has provided speech pathology services in English and Spanish in various settings in Melbourne, Chicago, and Washington, DC.
