Alanna Jinks is a speech pathologist with extensive experience leading transdisciplinary teams across rural, regional, and metropolitan Australia in childhood disability services. She brings a diverse blend of strategic leadership, clinical governance, and change management expertise to deliver impactful outcomes for children and families. As a person with a disability, Alanna offers a unique and authentic understanding of the barriers within service systems. This lived experience has profoundly shaped her transformational leadership style—grounded in empathy, resilience, and a commitment to building inclusive and accessible practices. Alanna is deeply passionate about practice-based coaching and empowering caregivers and professionals to embed sustainable, evidence-informed strategies in everyday routines. She currently serves as a member of the Speech Pathology Australia Ethics Board.
