Dr Rebecca Waring is a paediatric speech pathologist, private practice owner, and PhD graduate specialising in childhood speech sound disorders. Her career spans clinical research, academic teaching, and innovation in digital app development focused on phonological awareness and family empowerment. She has presented nationally and internationally on speech sound disorder subtypes, executive functions, and tailored intervention. Rebecca is passionate about clinical education, parent resources and promoting best practices.

With over three decades of experience, Jenny Wills has built a distinguished career in neurological rehabilitation and complex communication needs. Her clinical interests include Parkinson’s disease, facial nerve disorders, and accessible communication. Currently at St John of God Frankston Rehabilitation Hospital, she has held senior roles since 2010, following earlier work across regional Victoria in both public health and private practice. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) with Honours from Lincoln School of Health Sciences, is a certified LSVT® LOUD clinician, and member of Facial Therapy Specialists International. A published researcher and frequent presenter, her work has earned recognition, including the 2022 SJOG CEO Award for Excellence, and finalist in the 2018 Vic Arts & Health Awards. Jenny is a Certified Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia and continues to mentor and lead in her field.
