Clancy Conlon is a Senior Lecturer in Speech Pathology at CQUniversity, with a special interest in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Clancy's research focuses on clinical competency development in the Australian workforce supporting AAC users. Clancy is also the QLD Branch Co-Chair for Speech Pathology Australia, supporting professional engagement and regional representation across the state.

Jessica Kennedy is a Speech Pathologist and Assistive Technology Consultant with Link Assistive, where she has worked since 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Speech Pathology and a Master of Rehabilitation (Speech Pathology) from James Cook University, completed in 2020. Jessica is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP), and a member of Speech Pathology Australia and AGOSCI. Jessica has extensive experience supporting children and adults with a range of developmental needs across community and educational settings in Queensland and the Northern Territory. She has a strong professional interest in supporting individuals with complex communication needs and has worked predominantly in the prescription, implementation, and support of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) throughout her career. Her work focuses on person‑centred, evidence‑based approaches to enabling meaningful and autonomous communication.
